| The site contains a total of 152 acres. An additional 2,146 acres has been identifed adjacent to the site with another 779 acres available on the south side of U.S. Route 460. |
| Site has 3,000 feet of frontage on U.S. Route 460. Phase I development will incorporate the development and construction of acceleration and deceleration lanes on U.S. Route 460 as well as an industrial roadway extending 1,100 feet into the site. |
